What are your store hours? TOP

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
I check email daily, and will usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays. My office/woodshop is closed on weekends and holidays, however emails are usually answered periodically throughout the weekend.

What forms of payments do you accept? TOP
I accept all major credit cards via Paypal. It's fast, easy, and free for you to use! If you have not used Paypal, please visit their site for more information. www.paypal.com

Money Orders and Personal Checks are also accepted. Orders paid by Personal Check are subject to hold until they have cleared our bank. If you send a check or money order, please make payable to: Melissa Wilson and mail to:

What do you charge for shipping? TOP
I provide FREE First Class/Priority Shipping to all orders within the United States, as well as proudly to APO/FPO addresses.  If you'd like to upgrade to a faster service, additional charges will apply.

Note: I currently do not ship internationally, except as noted above to our service members and their families at APO/FPO addresses, but if you absolutely must have something from my website and are not located in the United States, please email me with any questions using the contact form here and I will try to accomodate you.

When will my items be shipped? TOP
I do not pre-make any of the products on my website. This way, I can offer many choices in colors, trims, ribbon, buttons, etc.....to make the items exactly how you'd like them. Because of this, orders take between 7-10 business days from receipt of payment before they ship depending on the size of the order. If you need a rush order please email me and I will see if I can accommodate you.

How will my order be sent? TOP
I ship all orders via USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Do you take custom orders? TOP
I am delighted to take Custom Orders when requested. If you are interested in placing a custom order with me, please send me an email here.

Do you offer wholesale? TOP
Yes, I am happy to accomodate large orders.  Please contact me at orders@2SweetGifts.com for more info. 

Do you accept returns? TOP
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once I receive your return, I will issue you a credit. If I receive your return after the allotted 7 business day window has passed, or if I find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. I encourage you to send all returns via insured mail with delivery confirmation for protection against loss or damage. Personalized items and custom orders are not returnable/refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

What is your privacy policy? TOP
2SweetGifts shares your concerns about maintaining the privacy of personal information collected on the Internet. I do not sell or trade your personal information to other companies.
